Front Desk Clerk

We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk who will contribute to our values and quality of work on a daily basis. The Front Desk Clerk is an integral part of our team – you answer the phone when our client calls and you greet the client when he walks in the door! Are you ready to take on the job? You will primarily report to the President and you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

Ø  Answering incoming calls and forwarding calls as necessary. 

Ø  Assist walk-ins with any questions regarding rentals, purchases, returns and / or deliveries. 

Ø  Process returns and deliveries for billing files, as required.

Ø  Purchasing of material as required for shop, office and onsite.

Ø  Ensure CVOR is maintained for fleet.

Ø  IFTA reporting and annual renewal.

Ø  Process debit / credit card payments as required.

Ø  Special projects as required from time-to-time.

Ø  Oversee the office email account to ensure that correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner.

Ø  Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and clients.

Ø  Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time.

Ø  Bilingualism required (French / English).

Ø  Must have a grade 12 or equivalent diploma.

Ø  Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Ø  Previous construction experience considered an asset.
